Lab results are released to your Healow patient portal as soon as they are received. Your provider will then review the results, and if needed, they will be discussed in more detail during your lab follow-up appointment.

If you are using insurance, you are responsible for any copays, deductibles, coinsurance, or balances not covered by your insurance plan. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. A $25 fee may be charged for your first no-show appointment. Any additional no-show appointments may be subject to a $45 fee.
