Tracy Allen - Owner

Dr. Tracy Allen, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC is the owner and founder of Aneres Healthcare and Wellness Centers and brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience to the communities she serves.

Dr. Allen began her nursing career after earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Lee College. She continued her education by obtaining both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She later earned her Family Nurse Practitioner certification through the University of Massachusetts Boston and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at Chamberlain University.

A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Emergency Nurse, Dr. Allen has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, evidence-based care across a variety of healthcare settings. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Mont Belvieu Area Chamber of Commerce.

As a Biote Platinum Provider, Dr. Allen has extensive experience in hormone optimization and wellness-focused care. Her passion is helping patients achieve better health through preventive medicine, personalized treatment plans, and a whole-person approach to healthcare.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Allen enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and remaining actively involved in the community she proudly serves.

Shelby Yarbrough

MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Shelby Yarbrough, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is the Practice Manager at Aneres Healthcare and Wellness Centers and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She is also a BioTe Certified Provider with a strong passion for preventive medicine, wellness, and helping patients achieve their long-term health goals.

Shelby began her nursing career after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lamar University in 2018. She went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi in 2022. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Shelby spent more than seven years as an Emergency Room nurse, caring for patients across a wide range of ages and medical conditions.

Today, Shelby provides care at both Aneres Healthcare and Wellness Centers locations, where she sees patients for annual wellness exams, acute and chronic disease management, women’s health services, weight management, hormone optimization, preventive screenings, and primary care needs. She believes in treating the whole person, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, patient education, and evidence-based care tailored to each individual's needs.

As a lifelong resident of Liberty County, Shelby is passionate about serving the community she calls home. She is committed to improving access to quality healthcare and empowering patients to take an active role in their health and wellness.

Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, and their three children, Cooper, Charlotte, and Clay. She loves traveling, supporting local community initiatives, and creating lasting relationships with the patients and families she serves.

Ashley Anyasi

MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Ashley Anyasi, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in critical care nursing and a passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered healthcare. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve their health goals through education, prevention, and evidence-based care tailored to each individual's unique needs. Ashley is also a BioTE Certified Provider, offering hormone optimization and hormone replacement therapy for both men and women as part of a comprehensive approach to health and wellness.

Originally from Arlington, Texas, Ashley began her nursing career after attending Tarrant County College and earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at Texas Woman’s University while serving as an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse Educator.

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Ashley cared for critically ill patients in intensive care units across the country and earned her Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification. Her extensive experience in critical care has provided her with a strong clinical foundation and a deep appreciation for the importance of prevention, early intervention, and patient advocacy.

At Aneres Healthcare and Wellness Centers, Ashley provides comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, annual wellness exams, acute and chronic disease management, women’s health, weight management, hormone replacement therapy, and health education. As a BioTE Certified Provider, she helps patients address symptoms related to hormone imbalance, perimenopause, menopause, and low testosterone through personalized treatment plans designed to improve energy, mood, sleep, body composition, and overall quality of life.

Ashley believes that strong provider-patient relationships are the foundation of quality healthcare and strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healthcare decisions.

Outside of the clinic, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. She is committed to partnering with her patients throughout their healthcare journey and helping them live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Jennifer Garrett

MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Jennifer Garrett, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and BioTe Certified Provider with more than 30 years of healthcare experience and over 15 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about providing compassionate, comprehensive, and personalized care to patients of all ages.

Jennifer began her healthcare career by earning a degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Louisiana Tech University. She later obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Northwestern State University.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has gained extensive experience in emergency medicine, hospital-based care, addiction medicine, and family practice. This diverse background allows her to care for a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions while emphasizing prevention, patient education, and long-term wellness.

As a BioTe Certified Provider, Jennifer also has specialized training in hormone optimization and is committed to helping patients improve their quality of life through individualized treatment plans. Her approach to healthcare focuses on evidence-based medicine, building meaningful patient relationships, and supporting both physical and emotional well-being.

Jennifer is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is dedicated to empowering patients to take an active role in their health and providing care that is tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.

Outside of the clinic, Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Glynn, and their children, Cole, Drew, and Emily. She values family, community, and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of the patients she serves.
